I think the crown still hasn't formally been handed over to Soma. It's probably why he also calls himself the provincial/acting king. My guess is that he will officially be recognized once Liscia formally agrees to be his wife

Lets see the 3 season would highlight somas 5th wife and mount, the black ryuu naden, i looking forward to that.=).
+ hal also gets a wife and mount the red dragon ruby, how it comes to that is also hilarous, in the interesting concept that to reproduce, dragons form a contract with knights that equals with marry them.
So all in all the 3 season would be interesting.
On a sidenote the events i mentioned would included ln vol 5.
I recently read vol 16...... ,so there would be enough source material for many seasons.....
Lets hope they continue this anime, imyself a big fan of isekai, romance,harem(if its good written) and a good kingdom building.
